QubeRide is a software service providing company, providing ridesharing service in Bangladesh in the designated area as per the company planning.

Driver:

The person (you, your and yours) who has an account as a driver and operating driver application, provider expected support/transport service to clients, passengers, who follows and comply with company terms and condition, agreement, guidelines without interrupting or manipulating the QubeRide Driver software application with fair are considered as QubeRide Driver.

In order to operate Driver software app, you must provide required details and register yourself as a driver partner. Driver mush have current at least 1 year old driver license. Driver is physically fit to work as a driver and not involved in crime or controversial or has negative outcomes from the court or banned to drive as a driver by court or from any legislative group or team or authority of Bangladesh Government. QubeRide will review and verified your details with Bangladesh Road Transport Authority and will provide you the authorization of transporting passengers or their goods legally in Bangladesh.

Passenger:

The person (you, your and yours) who has an account as a passenger and accessing passenger application, who follows and comply Quberide terms and conditions, agreement, guidelines without interrupting or manipulating the QubeRide Rider or Passenger software application with fair are considered as QubeRide Rider.

Passenger provide all required data and complete the registration in the Quberide rider or passenger application to receive transport service by quberide driver at any time of the day at in the designated area.

Vehicle:

Vehicle that includes (standard or luxury car, CNG, microbus, motor cycle or bus) which meets the company designed eligibility measures.

• Registered with Bangladesh Road Transport Authority.
• Owner has full original document obtained from
• Fully functional (lights such as head, break, back, indicator and breaks and engines)
• and maintained mechanically and are road worthy.
• There is no visible physical damage.
• Not missing proper color or paints.
• Inspected and obtained approval from Quberide vehicle inspector.

Relationship:

Quberide is a software technology company and which provide software service to its partner. Quberide does not provide transport service to passenger. It is the Driver who utilize the Quberide driver or partner software to provide transport service to its passengers within the designated area. Driver agrees that he or she is the independent driver partner who is considered one of the users of the quberide software.

Passengers also considered as a user who receive transport service from quberide driver through quberide rider or passenger software. They are responsible for their own self and maintain the own and their goods safety, whereas there are security measures are being attached in the quberide passenger application, passengers hold their own responsibility to utilize accordingly and appropriately. 

Registration of a Driver:

Driver partner is responsible to organize their own smart phone device and its required internet capacity to obtain the driver application from the app store. Driver install the quberide driver application in their own smart phone, fill all required data and provide copy of the original documents. Documents include driver license, car registration document which was provided by BRTA

(Bangladesh Road Transport Authority). If driver is not the owner of the vehicle, will follow an additional step for to use the vehicle for the ride share service. In this case owner will create a fleet account and owner will add the driver as the authorized driver partner for quberide. Driver will be assigned a vehicle by the owner himself; owner has this option available in his or her fleet account.

An owner driver can register as a driver partner and drive himself or herself. Or can register for a fleet account and can operate their multiple vehicles and add driver. Fleet owner will assign vehicle to a designated driver (Driver must be registered with the quberide). Owner driver or fleet account holders must wait for the approval from quberide. Quberide with review the eligibility and approve accordingly and enable the account to perform.

Owner driver or fleet account holder both agrees to obtain or maintain their insurance and keep their registration (road worthy certificate) up to date with BRTA (Bangladesh Road Transport Authority).

You acknowledge and agree that you will, at all times while you are providing Services, hold a valid driver’s license and all other required licenses, permits, registrations, approvals and or authorities required to provide Services within the jurisdiction in which you have been registered by Quberide. Upon request by Quberide you obliged to provide copies of requested document from time to time.

The information supplied by you is true, complete and not misleading in any respect and you will notify Quberide as soon as practicable if any of the information changes. You consent to the collection and use of your personal and sensitive information in accordance with these Terms and Quberide privacy policy including BRTA rules & regulations.

You will not use a vehicle other than your registered vehicle to provide Services to Passengers which must at all times meet all applicable vehicle standards as updated from time to time that includes Quberide and Bangladesh Road Transport Authorities (BRTA). Your vehicle will comply with any and all applicable signage requirements from time to time, as required by law and or notified to you.

Your Driver Account:

If you are registered by Quberide as a driver, upon approval you will obtain driver account, it will happen once, to use the driver app and to receive requests for Services through the driver app. You acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for all activity that occurs in relation to your Account and you will not disclose or share your login details or other account information. You agree notify us immediately of any unauthorized use on your account. Quberide has the prevailed to suspend or terminate any account based on any circumstances.

Support Services:

Quberide will act as an intermediary to facilitate bookings for Services between you and passengers. Services, receive and handle complaints from passengers and other third parties. Act as a payment collection agent on your behalf. Offer promotions or discounts to some or all passengers. Keeping the record of your trips, feedback, rewards, tips. Generate and issue your income statement to you time to time as its operating policy.

Equipment:

You acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for the provision and maintenance, at your own expense, of all tools and equipment required to provide Services. It includes but not limited to vehicle, a mobile device to access Driver app and wireless data plan.

Insurances:

You acknowledge and agree to comply and maintain, at your own expense with your legal obligations in respect of insurance (including but not limited to compulsory motor vehicle insurance for any vehicle used to provide this service)

Registration of a Passenger:

Passengers must download and install the Quberide passenger or rider app in their mobile devices, and successfully complete the registration procedures. Passengers must ensure all information’s are accurate, complete and valid. They use their email id and mobile phone number when registering. It will also allow them to add their payment medium (Master or Visa card). It also allows the passenger to pay on cash. Passengers are responsible for their smart phone or its internet data to receive the transport service from the quberide partner driver. Passenger application allow to call the incoming driver partner or send SMS, are allowed to share trip to his or her family or friends, are allowed to call 999 (It directs the call to Bangladesh Government Emergency department for any support such as police or ambulance).

Passenger or rider Account:

Passenger or rider account holder must be 18 years old or above or have capacity to enter all required data. Passenger will receive passenger account upon successful registration with Quberide. This account is not transferable to any other person or group or company. Passengers acknowledge and agrees to their login details safe from any unauthorized access. If any suspicion passenger must inform Quberide immediately. Quberide holds the privilege to suspend or terminate any unauthorized or suspicious account at any time. 

Service:

Passenger request a transport service through the quberide passenger or rider app. Passenger must ensure the incoming driver and their vehicle are matched with provided information. Driver are not allowed to start the trip until passenger provide them OTP code to start the trip. Passenger will have a visibility to see the rout and destination point in passenger app. Quberide will not be responsible if passenger use incorrect driver and incorrect vehicle.

Passenger shall not ride on damaged or hazardous unsafe vehicle even they are carrying correct numberplate or shape or color or brand or model vehicle. They can reject this trip with the details of it.

Passenger shall not ride with hazardous or prohibited items or articles, which are considered against the law and regulation. Anything that not fit in the vehicle or it could be number of seats, driver can refuse the service request in these circumstances.

 Passenger shall not instruct or guide to violet any traffic law and regulations.

Payment:

Passenger must pay the amount showing on their passenger or rider app. App also allow the rider to pay tips to the driver if they want. Passengers are not bound to pay tips if requested by the driver partner. Passengers has various mode of payment. They can choose anyone of those available.

Intellectual property policy

Quberide.com is the lawful owner of quberide ride sharing software, name and logo. Driver partner and passenger or rider must respect of its legal authority and ownership.
